The Greek Documentary Lab is splitted in two parts.
The second part of The Greek Documentary Lab (Athens, 30.09.2009 -02.10.2009) for Co-productions is a workshop offering a concrete development opportunity for documentary projects aiming at international co-production.
ERT and EDN have the pleasure of inviting all Greek and International filmmakers to participate in the second round of the international training programme The Greek Documentary Lab for Co-productions 2009. The workshop is aiming at film professionals interested in working with co-production of documentary film and TV. Tutors will be leading international broadcasters, producers and directors.
This second part of The Greek Documentary Lab will be a three-day workshop focusing on the development of 15-18 selected documentary projects. In the intimate surroundings of working in small groups the selected projects will get ideas for the further development, turned upside down and strengthened in the international potential. The input will come from the experienced tutor team as well as the colleagues participating in the workshop.
During the workshop the tutors will also introduce the broadcasters and institutions they represent and explain the criteria for getting funding from them.
Target Group
EDN will select the proposals participating in the second phase. The working language of this development programme will be English. Participating in The Greek Documentary Lab is free of charge.
