QUADflix SELECT

Whether you are a filmmaker, film distributor or film producer, you will probably encounter 3 major developments which have rocked the movie business. They are:

  • With few exceptions, U.S. distributors are no longer paying big bucks for independent films. The most they will offer is to distribute a film on a "best efforts" basis while tying up film rights for several years.

  • With the improvement of low-cost digital projectors and camcorders, the number of independent films fighting for screen space has quadrupled in the last 5 years.

  • Non-theatrical/home viewing of films has grown from a dribble to a flood. Low cost and convenience are driving viewers to see films on such platforms as Netflix, iTunes, Amazon, Hulu, Sony Playstation and cable VOD. More and more people are now opting to see movies on computers, TV screens, iPads and cell phones. These outlets now represent the major source of income for most filmmakers.

QUADflix SELECT has been designed to address these new developments and to help you distribute your film in the U.S. market both ECONOMICALLY AND SUCCESSFULLY.
