LES HARRIS EXECUTIVE PRODUCER

Educated in England and trained by BBC Television as a documentary film editor on children’s programs and then current affairs. Les has spent the last 36 years either producing, executive producing, directing, writing or editing programs for television that varied from TV movies to documentaries.

He has also been actively involved in the development, acquisition and distribution of television programming for over 35 years and founded CANAMEDIA, which is one of Canada’s oldest distribution companies, as well as Canamedia Film Productions Inc which has produced for many of North Americas key players from CBS TV to A&E and PBS. He also co-founded the Canadian YTV kids network.
