Last week my colleagues and I kicked off a really exciting new project about Francis Firebrace – an Aboriginal storyteller trapped in London, his life and most importantly, his stories.

The film is about Francis, but also very much about the importance of preserving stories that might otherwise be lost. We're making a film as well as building an archive of stories online to keep those stories alive.

To make the film, we need to raise US$95.000. It’s no small task and I know not everyone can contribute BUT, no matter what, we could really use your help spreading the word.

Please have a look at what we’re doing here:

If you’d take a minute to consider donating, I’d really appreciate it – we’ve got some fun perks for everyone who contributes.

Most of all, though, what we really need is for you to help us spread the word. If you could please help us by passing this email on to those who might be interested and add this to your social networks.

Each time you help us get the word out, it gets us in front of hundreds of potential contributors.

Your support means a lot to us.

Thanks a lot for your help!
