The 7th edition of Fresh Film Fest took place in Prague from 25 to 29 August 2010. The partially scripted documentary Roma Boys - Love Story (Roma Boys - Příběh lásky, Czech Republic, 2009) by director Rozálie Kohoutová was awarded best film in the Fresh Czech section.
